Wraychel Gilmore, Ph.D.

Wraychel Gilmore, PhD, is a child and youth rights advocate, researcher, and founder and CEO of Renegade Consulting. She brings more than 25 years of experience in government, nonprofit leadership, and policy development, with a focus on youth participation in political decision-making. She holds a doctorate from the University of Toronto and is the author of Renegade Politics: Advocating for Youth Political Engagement (Dundurn Press, 2026).
