William Wiley is a career war crimes investigator from Canada and the executive director of the Commission for International Justice and Accountability (CIJA). Prior to founding the CIJA in 2012, he served from 1997 in various roles with the Canadian War Crimes Program, the Yugoslavia and Rwanda Tribunals, the International Criminal Court and the Iraqi High Tribunal.
