Scott recently completed his M.Sc. in Global Governance and Diplomacy at the University of Oxford, where he focused on the growing importance of global cities and transformations in transnational private authority. He also has a M.A. (with Distinction) in International Relations from the University of Warwick, where he studied as a Chevening scholar. Scott did his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University, graduating with a B.A. (First Class Honours) in Political Science and Dialogue.
