Sam is from Toronto, Ontario and has an academic background in Communication and Media Studies, where her research focused on information and communication technologies for international development (ICT4D). Sam joined EWB in 2012 as a Social Change Fellow, and is now the Advocacy Manager on the Strategy and Investment Team, where she leads the design and implementation of EWB’s advocacy strategy.
