Robert Prichard

Robert Prichard is Chairman of Torys LLP. Previously, he was President and CEO of Torstar and of Metrolinx, where he currently chairs the Board of Directors. He is also Chairman of Penguin Canada. Mr. Prichard served as the thirteenth President of the University of Toronto from 1990 to 2000. He had been Dean of the University’s Faculty of Law from 1984 to 1990. He has also taught at Yale and Harvard law schools.
