Rhonda Gossen is a consultant for the UNDP Crisis Response Unit. A former Canadian diplomat, Rhonda now works for UNDP on early recovery, stabilization and resilience and post-crisis development. She has worked in conflict zones in Afghanistan, South Sudan and Pakistan and, in 2014, was assigned with UNHCR in Lebanon on the Syrian refugee crisis.
