Patrick Baud is a master's student in political studies at Queen's University. He graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto, Victoria College, where he studied political science as a Bank of Montreal scholar and C.D. Howe Memorial scholar. He has worked at the Government of Canada, the Institute for Competitiveness and Prosperity, the University of Toronto, the Environics Institute, and MASS LBP.
