Omar Sabry is a human rights researcher and advocate based in Ottawa. He has previously worked in the Office of the Co-Investigating Judges at the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Trials in Cambodia, for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Lebanon, and for Human Rights Watch in Egypt. He holds a Master of Arts in International Politics from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Toronto.
