Oheneba Boateng is a Doctoral Fellow at the Free University of Berlin and the Berlin Graduate School of Transnational Studies in Germany. From his background in History, Globalization, and Political Science, he researches African politics, humanitarianism, and security mainly from the constructivist perspective. Oheneba has studied in Ghana, Canada, and in Germany where his doctoral research examines multi-actor humanitarian governance.
