Kenneth Epps is policy advisor on the Arms Trade Treaty at Project Ploughshares. Since 1986 he has conducted research and policy analysis on issues related to small arms and light weapons, the global trade in conventional weapons, and Canada’s military industry, which included managing a comprehensive database on Canadian military production and exports. For 20 years he also was the contributing editor of Project Ploughshares’ Armed Conflicts Report. Kenneth has participated as NGO advisor on Canadian delegations to United Nations conferences on the Programme of Action on Small Arms and currently serves on the editorial committee of the ATT Monitor annual report produced by the international Control Arms coalition.
