Hugh Segal is a Conservative Senator from Ontario, former chair of both the Foreign affairs and Anti-Terrorism Committees of the Senate, and Chairs the NATO Council of Canada. In July 2014, he leaves the Senate to become the fifth Master of Massey College, University of Toronto.
