Hélène Emorine is the Co-Chair of the G20 Research Group based at the Munk School of Global Affairs.  Her research focuses on cooperation between states, non-state actors and the private sector through international and plurilateral institutions. Hélène has attended the 2016 G20 Summit in Hangzhou, China, the 2017 G7 Summit in Taormina, Italy and the 2017 G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany as an accredited journalist. She has represented the G20 Research Group at conferences around the world including a panel discussion at the European Union in Brussels on Europe’s role within the G20. Fully bilingual, Hélène has been interviewed in English and French by Radio-Canada, France 24, CBC and Xinxua News, among others, as an expert on the G20 and the G7.
