Dustin Evan Garrick is Assistant Professor and Philomathia Chair of Water Policy at McMaster University.  He has written widely on drought, water scarcity and climate change, including opinion editorials in the Globe and Mail, Water Deeply and OpenCanada.  His recent book, Water Allocation in Rivers under Pressure, compares water policy in stressed parts of Australia and the U.S.
