Dominic H. Silvio

Dominic Silvio migrated to Canada from South Sudan in 1998 through a refugee student scholarship from University College at the University of Toronto under World University Service of Canada (WUSC). He is currently a doctoral candidate in the Interdisciplinary PhD program at Dalhousie University. His area of research is focused on the relationship between public opinion and foreign aid policy in Canada.
