Taionrén:hote Dan David has been everything from a construction worker, civil servant to a national reporter and international journalism trainer. He has southern Africa, the South Pacific and Southeast Asia in his rear-view mirror. He’s won awards for literary journalism in Canada and was founding director of APTN News, the first national Indigenous TV news operation in the world. A recovering journalist, he hopes to be a novelist when he grows up. He’s been self-isolating at Kanehsatà:ke Mohawk Territory long before it became fashionable.
