Middle East analyst and non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council
Abdulrahman al-Masri is a non-resident fellow with the Rafik Hariri Center and Middle East Programs at the Atlantic Council, focusing on Middle East politics and security. Based in Ottawa, al-Masri was previously a research fellow and project advisor at the SecDev Foundation, where he researched information warfare and the information and communication technology risk environment in Syria. His work has appeared in USA Today, News Deeply, the Carnegie Endowment, the Cairo Review and the Arab Weekly, among others.
